Terms and Conditions
1.0 Ownership
1.1 This site is owned and operated by E-Solutions Technology Sdn Bhd. Our registered office is at:
Block H, 37-3, Jalan PJU 1/37, Dataran Prima , 47301 Petaling Jaya, Selangor , Malaysia
1.2 All proprietary rights to this website are owned by us. Any unauthorized use, copying or modification is prohibited.
2.0 Ordering Goods
2.1 All orders placed through our website will be subject to our acceptance of the order. We reserve the right to decline full or part of any order without affording any reason.
2.2 After you have submitted an order via our website, you will receive an email to confirm that we are processing your order. Subsequently, you will also receive a second email from us acknowledging your order and advising you the estimated timescales for delivery. You should verify both emails for accuracy and let us know immediately if there is any error. Neither of these emails will however constitute an acceptance of the order by us. Your order will be accepted by us (and a contract will then be formed between us) when we dispatch the goods to you. Title and risk to the goods will pass to you upon the said dispatch.
2.3 Where you have redeemed a promotional code or any other offer ("a Code") against your order, acceptance of this order is subject to us verifying that the Code has been issued to you personally, that you have complied with all the terms of the offer and that you are qualified for the Code. In the event that the Code has not been issued to you for your personal use or you do not qualify for the offer, the price of the order will automatically be adjusted notwithstanding any email or other confirmation that you may receive from us.
3.0 Processing your orders and payment
3.1 While it is our intention to keep our website up to date and error free, error on the product description or pricing may still occur. If we discover such an error after you have submitted an order to us, we will contact you prior to accepting your order with the correct details. You may then either cancel your order or re-confirm it based on the revised correct information. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat your order as cancelled.
3.2 All prices shown on our website are exclusive of all forms of levies, taxes and delivery charges. Delivery charges are computed at the point of checkout. For further information on delivery charges see the Delivery section below.
3.3 In the case of payment made via PayPal, please note that commission, if any, charged by PayPal to you in conjunction with placing an order is not refundable.
3.4 In the case of payment made by credit card, the purchase amount will be immediately debited to your credit card once your card has been approved by our payment gateway.
3.5 If your order is cancelled after payment has been validated by the credit card issuer but before a notice of acceptance by E-Solutions Technology Sdn Bhd has been sent to you, you shall be liable for all the fees and charges incurred as a result of the cancellation.
3.6 For buyers making payment from Malaysia by Cash or Cheque deposit, kindly make payment to:

• Fax a copy of the bank-in slip to 03-7981 8850 complete with customer’s name & reference number within 7 working days. Otherwise the order will be deemed cancelled. Alternatively, please email the above to info@esolutions.com.my
4.0 Delivery
4.1 Some of the postal addresses may not be covered by our delivery services, thus we are unable to arrange delivery to those addresses. You will be notified of this when you place your order.
4.2 The date for the dispatch of the goods as may be informed by us is merely an estimate only.
4.3 All items including but not limited to colours and variants are subject to our stock availability.
4.4 You are required to acknowledge for the goods delivered to you by signing on the delivery document to confirm that you have received them.
4.5 Where an incorrect address has been given by you to us on the order, we reserve the right to charge for extra dispatch and transportation costs.
4.6 Claims for damage, delivery discrepancy etc. should be made within 48 hours of receiving the goods. No claims will be processed after this time. Please sign on the consignment document with remark of 'UNCHECKED', as we cannot otherwise accept any claims for damage in transit.
4.8 Proof of delivery for consignments dispatched with DHL or other alternative courier service can only be provided up to 90 days after dispatch. DHL and many other courier services may not make their records available beyond 90 days.
4.9 Any delivery, shipment or installation dates given by E-Solutions Technology Sdn Bhd are estimates only and shall not form part of the Contract. E-Solutions Technology Sdn Bhd will not be liable for any losses, damaged, cost or expenses for any failure to deliver in accordance with the given delivery details, shipment or installation date, howsoever caused.
4.10 Products ordered and/or delivered cannot be returned or exchanged, unless otherwise agreed to by E-Solutions Technology Sdn Bhd, at its sole discretion. Such an agreement, if any, will only be provided in writing.
4.11 We are a global business with warehouses in multiple countries. We may sometimes dispatch an order from a different warehouse. On occasion like this, this may result in different currency being stated on billing document.
5.0 Returns
5.1 Any fault occurs must be reported to us within 7 days from the day it arrives in order to be eligible for refund or replacement consideration. Please note that packaging must be in pristine condition. All returned goods are subject to verification by us or the manufacturer.
5.2 Goods with faults reported after the 7 days period will not entitle to replacement or refund consideration. The goods must be sent to the manufacturer for service.
5.3 If goods are returned to us in an incomplete manner. We can, at our discretion, to reject the returned item as incomplete and return the goods at the customers expense, or charge a sum equivalent to the replacement cost of the missing item or condition – this may include items such as manuals, cables, batteries, etc. We may also charge customer a fee to compensate for the loss in value due to incomplete stock or missing item stock, if we are unable to replace the missing items.
6.0 VAT, Import Duty and Other Sales Taxes
6.1 All prices shown on our website are exclusive of all forms of levies, taxes and delivery charges.
7.0 Privacy
7.1 The information collected at the time of your order will not be disclosed to any third party.
8.0 Security
8.1 All order processing pages are secured using 1024bit certificate.

8.3 While all reasonable efforts are taken, we shall not be liable for any unauthorised access to the information given by you.
9.0 Pricing
9.1 Whilst we endeavour to ensure the prices on our website are as accurate as possible, we reserve the right to change a price in exceptional circumstances. If a price is corrected due to exceptional circumstances, customers will be informed of the change before payment is processed and offered the opportunity to cancel the order.
9.2 Prices for out-of-stock or pre-release items are valid for one week after the order is placed. If the price changes when the stock becomes available customers will be informed of the change before payment is processed and offered the opportunity to cancel the order.
10.0 Deal of the Day
10.1 Our Deal-of-the-Day feature is a 'loss leader' promotional tool that we use to make superb offers to end users; it is not intended for trade or corporate customers. Therefore we reserve the right to refuse order for more than 1 unit at the price of the deal-of-the-day from the same customer, company or organization.
11.0 General
11.1 The use of our site and any contracts formed are governed by the law of Malaysia.
11.2 We shall not be responsible to you whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise for incidental, special, indirect or consequential loss or damage, any loss of profit (direct or indirect), loss of sales, loss of goodwill or reputation, loss of business, third party claims, pure economic loss arising out of or in connection of the performance or non performance of our obligations under these terms and conditions including such damage as may be reasonably foreseeable at the date you order the goods.
11.4 Our liability for any claim (including but not limited to loss or damage) shall be limited to the sum paid by you for the goods.
11.6 If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court the invalidity or unenforceability of such provision shall not affect the other provisions of these terms and conditions.
11.7 We may assign or transfer any of our rights or sub contract any of our obligations under these terms and conditions to any third party.
11.8 You may not assign or transfer any of your rights or sub contract any of your obligations under these terms and conditions except with our specific permission in writing.
11.9 We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time and any such changes will be communicated on our website.
11.10 From time to time there may be links from our website to third party websites, which we believe may be of interest to you. We do not have any control over the content of these websites nor can we be liable in respect of anything contained on these websites.
11.11 These terms and conditions govern the entire trading relationship between you and ourselves and will remain in force for the duration of our trading relationship.
11.12 All intellectual property rights (including use of trade marks) are solely owned by us. You are only permitted to use material on this website if it is expressly authorized by us in writing.
11.13 Any unauthorized use of material on this site is strictly prohibited.
11.14 These Terms and Conditions supersede all previous Terms and Conditions, representations, undertakings and agreements (updated October 2008)
12.0 E&OE
12.1 Errors and omissions must be excepted.
13.0 No effect to statutory rights
13.1 The above policies are part of our commitment to high quality service. They do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer
14.0 Notebook weight
14.1 All notebook weight mentioned above exclude weight of battery unless stated.
15.1 SERVICES
• Person-days for Training and Implementation Services are quoted for one (1) company only. If additional companies with different processes are included, then the numbers of days will be revised accordingly.
• Customization/Project Services shall be charged at the rate of RM800/= per man-day
• All expenses incurred such as Hotel, Air Ticket, Taxi Fare, Food Allowance, Traveling, Toll and etc shall be reimbursed at cost for Klang Valley, Outstation, Overseas support and services :-
o Traveling – RM1.00 per Kilometer
o Toll – on actual receipts
o Air Fare - Economic Class
o Taxi Fare - on actual receipts
o Lodging - RM200/= per person per night within Malaysia and US$150 for overseas
o Allowances - RM60/= per person per day for sites outside of Selangor state only and USD60/= per day for overseas sites
